ASEAN membership for Timor-Leste in 2025

 Timor-Leste will achieve full membership of ASEAN at the next ASEAN summit in October

Timor-Leste will be officially admitted as a member of the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) during the 47th Summit of Heads of State and Government of the regional organisation, scheduled for October 2025, also in Kuala Lumpur.

2026年青年市长竞赛是一项激发青年领导力的国际性活动，将于2026年4月在新加坡盛大举行。来自各校的中学生将化身为“城市市长”，共同探讨并解决现实中的城市发展难题。本届竞赛的聚焦城市为东帝汶首都——帝力（Dili）。参赛学生将围绕城市规划、可持续发展、教育、医疗等多个领域展开研究与讨论，提出富有创意与实用性的解决方案。通过参与研讨会、团队挑战与公开演讲，学生们不仅能提升领导力、沟通力与策略思维，还能深化对东南亚区域事务的理解。一起加入这场思想与行动的盛会，在新加坡为帝力发声！你，就是下一位引领未来的“青年市长”！
